1.1. VISA: Participants applying for a visa who require a personal invitation from the Council of Europe are requested to fill in the Visa Form available on the Conference website.

2. Attendance

The Conference will last two days (12-13 November) directly followed by a plenary meeting of the Council of Europe’s Committee of Experts for the Development of Human Rights (DH-DEV) (14 November). Member states are asked to designate the same expert for both events.

4. Travel tickets

Government experts and speakers whose expenses are reimbursed by the Council of Europe may request prepaid travel tickets. If required, please tick the box.

5. Hotel reservation

Hotel rooms and breakfast will be booked only for government experts whose expenses are reimbursed by the Council of Europe. Please note that the Council of Europe will not pay for any additional services (phone calls, mini-bar, Internet connection, parking, etc.)

Other participants are requested to book their own hotel rooms. Hotel information can be found on the Conference website.
